In the hilly and maritime regions of Mani, in the south of Kalamata, between impressive stone houses and ancient fortresses, lie the olive groves that supply our high-quality organic olive oil. The people in this region have a deep tradition and great respect for their olive trees, which is reflected in the gentle harvesting, pressing, and storage.

Note: Our olive oil is unfiltered and small fruit particles may settle at the bottom of the bottle or container. However, this is a sign of naturalness and does not affect the quality in any way. The acidity level is between 0.4-0.6.
