In the Mani region, south of Kalamata, between stone houses and defensive towers, lie the olive groves of our olive oil. The tradition and respect of the people for their olive trees, as well as the gentle treatment during harvesting, pressing, and storage, is reflected in this exceptionally fruity and green olive oil.

The olive oil is unfiltered and small pieces of fruit flesh may settle at the bottom of the bottle or canister. This is a sign of naturalness and does not affect the quality in any way.
