Practical serving board with handle and juice groove. Perfect board for serving delicious dishes, pizza or tarte flambée. For pizzas with a diameter up to 32cm, the handle is about 10cm long.

The product images are always only exemplary. The production of these olive wood products is very elaborate and done by hand. Each product is characterized by the grain and individual growth of the wood and is therefore unique. As it is a natural product, there may be knots and fine cracks in the extremely hard and slow-growing olive wood.

General information:
The olive wood products are lovingly handmade by a small family business from Tunisia. All employees are qualified craftsmen with an artistic background.

No trees are unnecessarily felled for the products, the company uses only Tunisian olive wood from harvested or dead trees. As the products are made of natural wood and handmade, each piece is unique.

Cleaning and treatment:
Clean the olive wood after use with warm water and hand wash. To maintain its beauty, treat it regularly with a few drops of olive oil or another food oil. Please store the product in a dry place (closet, shelf).
Please note: The product is not dishwasher safe! As it is a natural product, it loses its special properties and durability at high temperatures.

Advantages of olive wood:
Olive wood is ideal for daily use in the kitchen. The wood is particularly hard, cut-resistant and therefore very durable. If after a certain time there are still visible cut marks, you can easily sand the olive wood with suitable sandpaper and re-oil it.
In addition, olive wood has an antibacterial effect and prevents odors from settling quickly in the wood.

About the company:
The small family business is run by a couple from Sfax in Tunisia. The man is an accountant and his wife is a biologist. As they fell in love with their beautiful olive wood in 2011, they decided to make their passion their future profession. They already have 7 employees, all of whom are qualified craftsmen with an artistic background and thus guarantee high quality.
