This organic oil is produced in the municipality of Ruvo di Puglia in Apulia by the Minafra family, who have been producing olive oil from 50 hectares of certified organic olive trees since 2000. The trees are located at 350-400 meters above sea level and enjoy a south/east orientation for optimal sun cultivation.
The farm is managed according to the principles of organic farming and does not use harmful chemicals. Instead, natural benefits and the power of the earth are utilized. The Minafra family believes in the importance of organic farming and operates their 100-hectare farm according to organic principles. Their goal is to produce healthy food to help consumers eat well and live better.
