The Minafra family has been producing organic olive oil on approximately 50 hectares in Ruvo di Puglia, Apulia, since 2000, while respecting nature and fair working conditions. The olive trees are located at an altitude of 350 to 400 meters above sea level and benefit from a south/east orientation to be fully illuminated by the sun.
The agricultural company is ecological and refrains from using pesticides and harmful chemicals. The waste is converted into fine organic fertilizer, which improves the soil and ensures an optimal hydrogeological balance for the health of the plants and fruits.
The Minafra family believes in the importance of ecological agriculture and manages 100 hectares according to these principles. Their goal is to produce healthy food that helps consumers eat healthily and lead a better life.
