Our dedication and love for Tsipouro, combined with a lot of patience, has enabled us to create an elegant and expressive old pomace brandy that is rich in flavors. The finest grapes that our region has to offer are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and the natural spring water of the mountainous Dyrfis is collected in copper stills, which are carefully distilled into an ideally pure pomace brandy.
Through aging in American and French oak barrels, our spirits acquire a complex, polished, and attractive character. The dark amber color and ripe, fruity aromas remind one of fruit jams and dried orange peels. The oak dresses our Tsipouro with sweet spices, vanilla, butter candies, cocoa, and nuts. With a rich and persistent aftertaste, its oak aromas revive the palate with a long chocolate finish.
Enjoy it directly at 16 - 20 ° C, accompanied by dried fruits and nuts, dark chocolate, rich cheeses, or enhance your experience with a versatile cigar.
