USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
Two tablespoons daily (pure), on bread (instead of butter), spreads (sweet), pancakes, vegetable and fruit juices (smoothies), natural yogurt, cold and hot appetizers (antipasti), salads (also fruit), feta cheese, ciabatta, wraps, pasta, grilled dishes, vegetables (like Allegro oil), white meat, fish, tofu, soups and stews (sauerkraut, lentils), potato and rice dishes, quark, vinaigrettes, cakes and cookies (instead of butter), and desserts.
STORAGE
Our oils are already well protected against oxidation due to their filtration, high content of polyphenols (over 800mg/kg), and dark bottles. However, we still recommend protecting the oils from light and heat. For example, do not place them too close to the stove, but instead store them in the kitchen cabinet or pantry.
