Vincotto made from Negroamaro and Malvasia grapes is 100%
cooked grape must that matures for up to 4 years in oak barrels. It pairs
perfectly with good olive oil for salads or with vegetables, meat, and poultry.
It is also an excellent accompaniment to desserts with the fine
taste of sun-ripened figs from Italy.
